Raffle Terms & Conditions

Prizes:

First Prize: A BMW M4 CLS
Spot prizes: Custom video shoutouts, PT training sessions and worn UFC collections from Israel Adesanya, Kai Kara-France, Carlos Ulberg, Eugene Bareman and Navajo Stirling. Engage fight kits, group training session and limited edition signed posters. A VIP recovery session with Carlos Ulberg and a 30 minute ride in Israel Adesanya’s McLaren.
Prize Collection: Some prizes may not be suitable for posting or delivery — for example, PT sessions or other experiences. In these cases, winners will need to collect their prize in person from a location arranged by the Walk Without Fear Trust. We’ll contact the winner to confirm where and when the prize can be collected. Winners are responsible for any travel or transport costs involved in picking up their prize. If a prize has not been collected within 30 days of being contacted, and no other arrangement has been made, the prize may be forfeited, and the Trust reserves the right to draw a new winner or use the prize for future fundraising.
Prize Delivery: Where possible, prizes will be posted or delivered to the winner at the address provided. The Walk Without Fear Trust will take reasonable care to package and send prizes safely, but is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during delivery. Winners must provide accurate delivery details and respond to any communication needed to arrange postage. If a prize is returned to the Trust due to incorrect details or non-collection, the winner may need to cover the cost of re-delivery. The Trust will make reasonable efforts to deliver prizes promptly, but is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Tickets:

The total number of tickets offered in the Lottery is 30,000, ranging from 0001 to 30,000 inclusive. The cost of individual tickets is $50. The published ticket price includes GST. Please allow 15­-20 minutes for Tickets to be allocated, verified, and delivered to your nominated inbox. Ticket sales are open from 10am on 29th August 2025 to 3pm on 21st November 2025.

Eligible entry:

Entry is only open to those aged 18 years or over at the time of ticket purchase.

Employees, contractors, shareholders, Committee Members and their immediate families (being partners, children and parents) of the following organisations are not eligible to enter the competition: Walk Without Fear Trust, The Diamond Charitable Trust Board, VEGA works

Results:

Results will be declared by randomised selection of included numbers through the vega.works Raffle module, under supervision of an independent witness in accordance with Rule 6 (14) of the Gambling Act (Lottery) Game Rules 2004

The raffle will be drawn at BMW Christchurch, 104 Moorhouse Avenue, Christchurch Central City 8011

Prize winners will be contacted by telephone and notified by email. Results will be published on the Diamond Charitable Trust and Walk Without Fear Trust websites and social media platforms (facebook and instagram) on 28 November 2025.

Additionally, the results of the raffle will be published in the Sunday-Star Times and New Zealand Herald on Sunday, 30 November 2025.

Should early cancellation of this Lottery be necessary, notification will be given by public notice on the above mentioned website and social media, directly by email to all participants and with tickets to be refunded thereafter.
